How it works
1
Clip it.
Paste any public job posting link and it becomes a card on your board. Applying through ResumeTailored adds it automatically, and you can always add one by hand.
2
Move it.
Drag a card across the board as your search moves: Clipped, Applied, Interviewing, Offer, Rejected, Withdrawn.
3
Follow up on time.
If an application sits in Applied for 14 days, or an interview stage sits for 7 days, your tracker nudges you in the app so nothing goes quiet on you.
What the board shows
Six columns, one pipeline: Clipped, Applied, Interviewing, Offer, Rejected, Withdrawn. Every card holds the job title, company, location, posting link, salary if the posting shows one, and your notes.
Honest notes
- If a posting page does not show a detail, that field stays blank. We never guess a salary, a company, or a location to fill a card.
- Clipping reads public posting pages only. It does not pull from private pages or accounts.
- Nudges appear in your tracker. No email spam, no per-day nagging.
- The tracker does not apply for you. It keeps your search organized so you can move faster yourself.
Is the tracker free?
Yes. It is free for every candidate account, no upgrade needed.
Where do I find it?
Sign in, open your dashboard, and tap Pipeline Tracker in the sidebar.
What if a card has blank fields?
That means the posting page did not show that detail. Tap the card and fill it in yourself.
Does it work for jobs I found elsewhere?
Yes. Clip any public posting link, or add the job by hand.
Does it replace tailoring?
No. Tailoring still happens in the resume tool. The tracker is where you watch every application after it goes out.
Start free, clip your first posting, and watch the whole search from one board.
