How it works — candidates
1
Opt in, free.
Flip the opt-in switch and fill in your profile.
2
Choose what shows.
All 9 visibility toggles are on by default; turn any field off and it stops showing. The "what employers see" preview shows no contact details.
3
Wait for requests, not messages.
Employers can't message you directly in this version. They send a contact request, and you can accept or decline it.
How it works — employers
1
Portal: browse the pool.
Search by skills, location, role, and experience.
2
Scale: send a contact request.
Contact shows "Upgrade to Scale to contact candidates" on Portal.
3
Request-only, no thread.
There is no messaging thread in this version.
4
Limits that protect candidates.
At most 10 pending requests per employer. If a candidate declines you, you can't send another request to that same person ("This candidate declined a previous request — you can't send another").
Honest notes
- Opting out hides you instantly and cancels any pending requests.
- Contact details are never shown in the preview.
- Saved searches, shortlists, and match alerts are coming later — they are not in this version.
- This does not replace applying or tailoring a resume for a specific job.
Is it free for candidates?
Yes — opting in is free.
What do employers see?
Only the fields you leave toggled on. The preview shows you exactly that, with no contact details.
Can an employer message me?
No. They send a contact request; you accept or decline. A decline blocks that employer from re-sending.
What if I change my mind?
Opt out any time — you disappear instantly and pending requests are cancelled.
I'm on Free as an employer — can I contact candidates?
No. Browsing is on Portal; contacting is on Scale.
Opt in once, control exactly what employers see, and get found by employers hiring now.
